CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Have you placed your order and realized you forgot a necessary customization? Did you include an incorrect shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will update your order to reflect your exact needs. Changes made to custom orders after 3 business days may be subject to processing fees based on the order’s progress along the manufacturing line. Please send any updates to your order and/or shipping address to:
RETURNS:
Does our custom Code 4 Defense holster or accessory not suit your preferences and you’re considering returning it? Please reach out to us so we can help you find a solution or initiate the returns process. Returns of Quick Ship products or accessories will be subjected to a 15% processing/restocking fee. Return requests for custom holsters not resulting from a manufacturing error will be subjected to a 25% processing/restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for their own return shipping of the item/s in their original packaging and in unused condition. Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
